The Going Deeper workshops are intended for people ready to begin exploring meditation, the Dharma, and Spiritual Friendship to a greater depth than is possible on Tuesday evenings. Going Deeper into Conditioned Co-Production investigates the core principle of the Buddha’s teaching: whatever comes into existence on whatever level does so because of the presences of certain conditions, and in the absence of these conditions it cease to exist. Through understanding this principle we can learn how to live in harmony with the fundamental reality of existence, thereby creating happiness and avoid misery.
